Policies & Fees

Ceremonies:

Celebrant & Officiant Fees will vary based upon your individual desires and needs. From a simple ceremony on site or a custom ceremony, which includes several elements and/or rituals, the fees are reflective of your individual needs and desires.

For most ceremonies, a non-refundable deposit of 50%, is usually required to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the ceremony and/or event. A letter of agreement outlining specific policies and responsibilities will be provided.

Memorial and Funeral services are paid in full upon the initial consultation.

Coaching Policies & Payment

Coaching sessions are billed at a rate of $90.00 per hour. Additional session time is billed in 15-minute increments. Student and discount package rates available.

Premarital Counseling may be packaged with Celebrant services.

Fees are due at the time of service. If you are scheduled for a long-distance phone session, payment is due prior to the session beginning. 

Cash and checks, and credit cards through PayPal are accepted. Please make all payments to “Sacred Spirit Sanctuary.”

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please call 978.844.0595 or e-mail at least 24-hours before your appointment. Clients who must cancel later than 24-hours before their appointment will be charged for the full cost of the session.
